Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects.

Participating in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of the testing process.

At least 5-7 years of software testing experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

Strong Japanese Bilingual, Good in Communication (Read, Speak and Write)

Technical skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, such as manual testing, automated testing, and performance testing.

Knowledge of programming languages: Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, is required to write and maintain automated test scripts.

Understanding of software development processes: A good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is required.

Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and report even the smallest of defects.

Initiative: Ability to take initiative and work independently, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
