外資系のアセットマネジメント会社です。金融業界のペイロール経験者を募集します。

業務内容

• 給与計算：ペイロールプロセス全般の管理（給与、賞与、福利厚生が正確に支払われるようにすること）
• コンプライアンス＆レポーティング：ペイロールや税務、レポーティング関連の規制の順守、リスク管理
• データ管理：HRシステム上の従業員データの更新・管理、セキュリティの確保
• ドキュメンテーション：人事関連の文書（契約書、合意書、ポリシー等）の作成・管理
• 業務効率化：改善の余地のある業務を積極的に見いだし、ベストプラクティスを取り入れること
• 人事業務が全て法規制に則って行われるようにすること

HR Operations / Payroll Specialist

Roles/Responsibilities

• Processing Expertise: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and reporting obligations, mitigating risks.
• Data Management: Maintain and update employee data accurately in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and implement best practices to improve overall efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure HR operations align with legal requirements

必須条件

• 人事、経営学、または関連分野の学位
• 金融業界でのペイロール/給与計算業務経験
• ペイロールや税務関連の規制やコンプライアンス、人事データマネジメントの専門知識
• 人事や給与計算ソフトウェアの知識
• 細部への注意力

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll operations within the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and HR data management.
• Proficiency in HR and payroll software and strong attention to detail.
