業務内容

• HRISプラットフォームの運用・メンテナンス：データの正確性及びシステムパフォーマンスを確保すること
• HRISと他の人事システムやツールの統合：データフロー/業務の効率化
• HRISプラットフォームやその機能に関するテクニカルサポートや研修の実施（対HRチーム、対エンドユーザー）
• HRIS導入プロジェクトのリード：関係部署もとりまとめ、導入を成功させること
• HRシステムのユーザー研修プログラムの開発：研修の実施を通して、新たな人事システムへの移行をスムーズに進めること

HRIS Specialist / Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• System Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
• Data Integration: Lead efforts to integrate HRIS with other HR systems and tools to streamline data flow and improve efficiency.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users on HRIS platforms and functionalities.
• Project Leadership: Led HRIS implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployment.
• User Training: Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure a smooth transition to new HR systems.

必須条件

• 人事、IT・情報科学、または関連分野の学位
• HRISプラットフォーム（SuccessFactorsやWorkday）などの経験
• 人事オペレーションやデータマネジメント、システム導入の知識
• 優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力
• 細部への注意力
• データセキュリティやコンプライアンス意識

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms, such as SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Knowledge of HR operations, data management, and system implementation.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to data security and compliance.
