• 競合や業界の分析、ベンチマーキング、タレントアトラクションのための洞察
• 従業員のパフォーマンスとエンゲージメントを高めるインセンティブ・プログラム（賞与、株式含む）の導入
• 福利厚生プログラム（健康、ウェルネス、退職金など）の設計・運用

HR Planning Manager - Total Rewards/C&B

Roles/Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Lead the design and development of comprehensive Total Rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Incentive Programs: Oversee the implementation of incentive programs, including bonus and equity plans, to drive employee performance and engagement.
• Benefits Management: Manage the design and administration of the company's C&B programs, including health, wellness, and retirement benefits.

必須条件

• 人事・HR、経営学、または関連分野の学位
• トータルリワードやC＆B（報酬・福利厚生）の企画経験
• 国内外の人事規制やコンプライアンスの専門知識
• 優れた分析力
• コミュニケーション能力
• リーダーシップ

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Total Rewards and C&B planning.
• Strong knowledge of local and global HR regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
