HR Business Partner Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• Independently assess departmental needs and provide HR services that align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and specialist teams both domestically and internationally to advance HR operations.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to evaluation and retirement.
• Actively contribute to process enhancements to ensure operational efficiency.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with global counterparts.
• Build close relationships with company executives and contribute to HR's strategic involvement in the organization.

必須条件

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• コンフィデンシャルな情報を扱う自覚、セキュリティ意識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（特に、問題やソリューションを素早く、簡潔に伝えられること）
