■　Head of Software Development Department 

• Management of planning and proposing projects aimed at creating new businesses leveraging the company's strengths
• Responsibility for planning and executing sales and profit budgets for contracted projects
• Management of contracted projects from planning to execution
• Management of in-house product development from planning to execution
• Fulfillment of approval responsibilities as defined by company regulations

Requirements

■ Experience in being involved with contracted information system development projects
■ Experience in or having challenged the development and operation of software intended for market sale
■ Experience managing an organization of approximately 20 or more people in a supervisory capacity
■ Experience in budget and performance management
■ Business development experience through external partnerships (alliances, outsourcing, etc.)

Desired

■ At least 2 years of UI/UX experience and above.

■ Experience in Unity (C#) 3D applications designing.

■ Front-End Development experience would be a plus.
