Risk advisory (banking/securities), ~15M

In this position, you will be responsible for relationship management (RM) promotion and advisory services for major Japanese and foreign banks and securities companies.
Banks and securities companies are exposed to many risks on a daily basis due to their business models, but for banks and securities companies, risk is nothing but a source of profit, and they must take appropriate risks in order to achieve growth over the medium to long term.
Our team has a deep understanding of the client's business environment and issues, and in order to support stable growth, we have selected the most suitable experts within the company (including other domestic businesses and overseas member firms) to support stable growth. We provide advisory services in collaboration with clients as appropriate, and provide long-term support while accompanying our clients

* Strategy and planning for banks and securities companies and other banking and securities sectors Management duties: RM staff assigned to each account in step 1 gather to share information on each accounts management issues, past project results, etc.
・Also, through collaboration with other financial sectors such as insurance and non-financial industries
Examine proposals based on service experience in other sectors/industries.
Based on the above, support customization of existing services for banks and securities companies and, if necessary, support the development of new services for banks and securities companies.

*Banks and securities companies (Participation in and promotion of risk advisory-related projects (examples below) for focus accounts that I am involved in as an RM representative), support for compliance with global financial regulations, and advancement of global governance and risk management systems, etc. 
- Support for operational sophistication (business processes, systems, etc.)
- Support for sophistication of internal audits/Advisory on external evaluations related to internal audit systems/Financial institutions Financial accounting advisory, etc.

・Those who have practical experience at a bank/securities company
(governance/risk management/compliance, accounting/finance, corporate planning/international business department, etc.)
・Bank - Those who have experience in consulting work for securities companies, those who have experience in working for financial regulatory authorities or related organizations etc., those who have experience working overseas or on projects

- Word, Must be able to use Excel and PowerPoint without any problems at work
- Must be able to communicate in English with overseas bases.
- Must be able to communicate openly and honestly
- Must have a certain level of logical thinking ability.
