Role Purpose.                                                                                                                          Manage and drive the growth of the Japan/APAC Digital Business & IT Strategy Practice.

Required Skills & Experience.                                                                                                        Strong communication skills: native-level Japanese + business English.                                  Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Strong executive presence; Manage relationships with CEOc/CIOs at key clients. Track record of project success and team leading. Ability to create and sustain executive-client relationships. 10 years+ exp. in consulting with a focus on Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Solution Development. Industry sector expertise: Automotive, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Healthcare, and IT Services.                Exp. in delivering large-scale DX reform projects in the following areas: Digital Acceleration & Transformation, Enterprise Enablement, Big Data & Analytics, Applications Rationalization, Cloud Strategy, Sourcing & Ecosystem Optimization, Cost Optimization, Security & Risk Management.
