・Asset management services for properties owned by private funds that are under operation/development
・Preparation of medium- to long-term management plans and annual budgets for assets/portfolios
・Planning and promotion of measures to improve profitability of assets/portfolios
・Decisions on asset sales and deal management Execution, underwriting assistance during asset acquisition, asset/portfolio performance monitoring, asset/portfolio performance monitoring in other countries within the group, collaboration with fund managers, investor reporting, etc.

・Knowledge and practical experience in real estate asset/portfolio management
・Knowledge and practical experience in creating and analyzing cash flow models, investment・

・Work experience in real estate asset management or real estate investment (5 years or more) at a real estate fund, real estate asset management company, business corporation, financial institution, etc.
