【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Specialize in Salesforce Marketing cloud to maximize LTV of the clients use
• Create effective targeting plans for CRM communication to strengthen client engagement
• Manage marketing automation tool
• Run PDCA cycle to improve the result of marketing communication
• Run EDM campaigns with the coordination of businesses and the 3rd party agency
• Work closely with CRM data analysis and marketing teams for effective planning
• Work closely with regional IT and Global teams for marketing automation management

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• 2 years of experience in specializing Salesforce marketing cloud
• Require good CRM data mining skills with a logical and strategic point of view
• Business level of Japanese and English
