①グループ全体のALM運営・調達方針を立案・推進
・資産・負債運営戦略／資金調達・資金流動性方針
・市場リスク枠決定
・金利リスク等運営
・財務上の運用政策
②各種金利水準の決定
　・部店に対して適用する資金調達／運用コストを決定する為のレート等を決定
③グループALM委員会の運営（事務局）

＜流動性管理担当＞
①円・外貨資金繰り運営
・資金繰りと資金効率向上を目的としたインターバンク取引（マネー・レポ取引等）の執行
②担保繰り業務
③TIBOR呈示
④当局対応（月次計表提出等）

【トレジャリー部について】
グループの資金調達・資金運用を担う部署です。①ALM企画　②資金調達　③流動性管理　の３つのラインから構成されています。
①ALM企画担当
・グループ全体のALM運営・調達方針を立案・推進。
・グループALM委員会の運営（事務局）。
②資金調達担当
・ALM企画が立案した調達方針に基づき、金融機関借入等の資金調達を実行・推進。
③流動性管理担当
・円・外貨資金繰り運営。資金繰りと資金効率向上を目的としたインターバンク取引（マネー・レポ取引等）の執行。
・国債担保や日銀共通担保等の担保繰り業務。
・TIBOR呈示
・当局対応（月次計表提出等）

【働き方】
・在宅勤務を活用しております。
・フレックスタイム制適用部署であり、柔軟な働き方が可能です。（コアタイム11：00-14：00）

You will be responsible for:

(1) Propose and promote ALM operation and procurement policies for the entire group ・Asset/Liability Management Strategy/Financing/Liquidity Policy ・Determination of market risk limits ・Interest rate risk management ・Financial management policy

(2) Determination of various interest rate levels ・Determine the rate, etc. for determining the funding/operation costs to be applied to departments and branches

(3) Operation of the Group ALM Committee (Secretariat)

(1) Yen/foreign currency cash management ・Execution of interbank transactions (money repo transactions, etc.) for the purpose of improving cash flow and capital efficiency

(2) Collateral handling business

(3)TIBOR presentation

(4)Dealing with authorities (submitting monthly accounting reports, etc.)

[About the Treasury Department] This department is responsible for raising funds and managing funds for the Group. It consists of three lines:

(1) ALM planning, (2) funding, and (3) liquidity management.

① ALM Planning ・Draft and promote ALM operation and procurement policies for the entire group. ・Operation of the Group ALM Committee (secretariat).

②In charge of fundraising ・According to the procurement policy devised by ALM Kikaku, implement and promote financing such as borrowing from financial institutions.

③In charge of liquidity management ・Yen/foreign currency fund management. Execution of interbank transactions (money repo transactions, etc.) for the purpose of improving cash flow and capital efficiency. ・Collateral refinancing operations such as government bond collateral and Bank of Japan common collateral. ・TIBOR presentation ・Response to authorities (submission of monthly accounting reports, etc.)

[Working style]

・We are working from home. ・It is a department that applies the flextime system, and flexible working styles are possible. (Core time 11:00-14:00)

・大学／大学院卒以上
・社会人経験3年以上
・数値分析を苦としない
・EXCELの基本的な関数(sum,average,if等)を活用できる

<あれば尚可>
・金融機関での勤務経験3年以上
・銀行業務にかかる資金調達・資金運用の分析、企画、立案など資金関連業務の経験
・金融市場における資金調節取引・管理業務の経験など
・EXCELの vlookup等の応用的な関数や、ピポットテーブル、入力規則等を業務に活用できる
・英語力

グループ会社各種数値分析を行い、その分析等を材料に企画立案を行うことが業務となるため、しっかりと物事を見据えて行動できる方

・University / graduate school graduate or above ・Work experience of 3 years or more ・Don't worry about numerical analysis ・Can use basic EXCEL functions (sum, average, if, etc.) ・More than 3 years of work experience at a financial institution ・Experience in fund-related operations such as analysis, planning, and drafting of fund procurement and fund management related to banking operations ・Experience in cash management transactions and management operations in financial markets ・Applied functions such as vlookup of EXCEL, pivot tables, input rules, etc. can be used in business ·English skills A person who can act with a firm eye on things, as the work will be to conduct various numerical analyzes of the group companies and make plans based on the analysis, etc.
