【Fund Manager】at Global Investor and Developer

Our client is a leading global real estate company. Their lines of business include investment management, development and operation.

They are currently looking for an Associate or Manager for their Fund Management division.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund management operations
• Work closely with the asset management team to draft and promote profit improvement measures
• Develop and implement fund investment strategies, annual operation plans, and budgets
• Incorporate new investment projects, make decisions to sell, and execute deals
• Monitor fund performance and adjust investment strategies
• Manage investor relations and prepare various reports

• Strong understanding of cash flow modelling and investment analysis
• Practical experience in real estate or business company investment analysis and asset securitization
• Fluent Japanese and business English proficiency
• 3+ years of business experience in real estate fund management or asset management (preferred)
• Exposure to foreign companies or overseas (preferred)
