【HR Manager】Leading Global Hospitality group

Our client is one of the leading hospitality companies in the world. They have several brands covering a variety of market segments, offering their guests one of the most powerful portfolios in the industry.

They are now looking for an HR Manager who will report directly to the Director of HR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of the HR team (5 people)
• Lead and monitor recruitment and hiring
• Provide education related to employee benefits
• Managing employee development
• Maintain employee relations

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR supervisor
• Good understanding of HR functional work (comp & benefit, reporting etc.)
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Fluent in Japanese
• Business-level English (preferred)
