【Director Asset Management/~¥25 million】Real Estate firm

Our client is a leading Global Real Estate firm. They operate in several countries globally and they work across the entire real estate spectrum.

They are now growing their portfolio in Japan and they are looking for a Director who will support the Asset Management team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property operating and financial performance
• Develop strategies to maximise property revenue
• Create annual property valuation analyses for each asset
• Undertake market research, data analysis, and revenue forecasting
• Oversee the reporting process in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare regular updates on asset performance and financial reporting for senior management, investors, and owners

• 8~10+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with strong asset management experience, leasing activity oversight, and execution of strategic plans
• Native Japanese and business-level English
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to undertake detailed analyses and make decisive recommendations
• Solid leadership qualities
• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
