【FP&A Senior Analyst】Fortune Global 500 Tech company

Our client is a Fortune 500 technology company. They are a diverse organization spread across several global markets and their portfolio of products and services includes consumer electronics, personal computers, software and business solutions. They have been named one of the World's most admired companies.

They are currently looking for a Senior Analyst in the FP&A team who will help drive business growth and lead the financial planning process.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts, track the actual performance, analyze the variances, and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Control resources and expenses to optimize the financial returns
• Implement quality processes and effective controls to ensure proper financial statements are prepared and sound business operations are executed
• Identify areas of improvement/opportunity in business, driving profitable growth

• 3-5 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, data analytics with a focus on cost/revenue/profitability
• Positive and proactive problem-solving attitude
• Tenacity and strong attention to detail
• Open to learning, adapt to new challenges, and maturity to work in both advanced and primitive environments
• Fluent in English & Japanese
• Strong MS Excel/Powerpoint skills
