[Technology Consulting] Cybersecurity Consultant (Security Implementation)

グローバル企業・政府機関に対して、サイバーセキュリティ・情報セキュリティに関する現状評価・課題の洗い出し・改善計画の策定・改善策の推進における支援を行います。

クライアントのサイバーセキュリティ・情報セキュリティの責任者(CISO)の役割の一部を代行し、企業におけるセキュリティの課題を発見し改善活動の支援を行います。日系企業の海外拠点を含めた支援や、外資系企業の本社とも連携して日本拠点を支援する場合も多く、海外のメンバーファームと連携することもあります。改善策の推進においては、セキュリティポリシーの策定やセキュリティ組織の立ち上げから、特権IDの管理や脆弱性の管理やインシデント検知といった技術的対策の推進まで、幅広く支援します。

Qualifications

[Required experience]

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant / service provider for the above operations in cyber security / information security is required. 
• Managers and above require at least 5 years of experience.

[Welcome experience]

• IDM / IAM / PAM implementation design and project management
• SIEM implementation design and project (including incident detection rules, dashboard, report template design)
• Incident detection automation using SIEM (runbook design, security device setting)
• GRC tool introduction design and project management

[Language ability]

• Those whose native language is Japanese, English ability: Read / write level (TOEIC: 600 points or above)
• Those whose native language is English, Japanese ability: Business level

【必須経験】

• サイバーセキュリティ・情報セキュリティにおける上記業務のコンサルタント・サービスプロバイダの立場での2年以上経験が必要です。マネージャ以上は5年以上の経験を求めます。

【歓迎経験】

• IDM/IAM/PAM の導入設計およびプロジェクトマネジメント
• SIEMの導入設計およびプロジェクト (インシデント検知ルール、ダッシュボード、レポートテンプレート設計含む）
• SIEMを活用したインシデント検知のオートメーション (ランブック設計、セキュリティデバイス設定含む）
• GRCツールの導入設計およびプロジェクトマネジメント

【語学力】

• 日本語が母国語の方、英語力：読み書きレベル(TOEIC：600点以上相当を目安にしてください)
• 英語が母国語の方、日本語力：ビジネスレベル
• 日本語・英語以外が母国語の方、日本語力：ビジネスレベル、英語力：読み書きレベル(TOEIC：600点以上相当を目安にしてください)
