【Accounting Manager】at Fortune Global 500 Tech company

Our client is a Fortune 500 technology company. They are a diverse organization spread across several global markets and their portfolio of products and services includes consumer electronics, personal computers, software and business solutions. They have been named one of the World's most admired companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage local team in Japan and work with other teams internationally
• Control and review the closing activities for the group
• Perform a periodical review of the Balance Sheet together with CFO
• Business Partner with finance/business, to ensure the successful delivery of services to accounting customers
• Support Internal and group audit
• Support projects for process improvement
• Be responsible for people development and training

• More than 8 years of working experience in Accounting
• Team leadership experience required
• “Big 4” or MNC experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong accounting knowledge on the JGAAP and IFRS
• CPA/JCPA preferred. Nissho Bookkeeping Test Level 1 preferred
• Analysis, reporting and communication skills
• Fluent in English & Japanese
• Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT
