【職務内容】
〇PR及びマーケティングコミュニケーション企画全般をお任せします。
　具体的には以下の通り。
　・ターゲット層に合わせた広報活動の企画立案
　・効果的な告知・集客に向けたセールスプロモーションの実施（協力会社のディレクション含む）
　・スケジュール管理・効果分析と改善

    Planning of public relations activities tailored to the target customers.
    Implementation of sales promotions to effectively announce and attract customers (including direction of partner companies)

    広告戦略立案のスキル・経験。具体的にはターゲットに対し効果的に訴求する広告の媒体選定及び企画
    プレスリリース作成、配信を含む日本語でのコピーライティング、webライティングのスキル・経験
    Online、Offline等様々な媒体を駆使した広告・宣伝の企画・制作のスキル・経験
    簡単なデザイン制作のスキル・経験（ディレクションのみのご経験も可）
    広告活動の効果測定・改善のスキル・経験
    ５人程度のマネジメント経験（プロジェクトマネジメントのみでも可）
〇歓迎スキル・ご経験
    BtoB、BtoC双方をターゲットとしたマーケティング活動の経験
    外資系企業における日本マーケットでのマーケティング経験
    広告宣伝・マーケティング活動により会社や商品の認知・購買活動を上げた経験

【Qualifications】 
Required Skills/Experience.
    Skills and experience in advertising strategy planning. Specifically, selection and planning of advertising media that effectively appeal to the target customers.
    Skills and experience in copywriting and web writing in Japanese, including creation and distribution of press releases.
    Skills and experience in planning and producing advertisements and promotions using a variety of media, including online and offline.
    Skills and experience in simple design production (experience in direction is acceptable)
    Skills and experience in measuring and improving the effectiveness of advertising activities.
    Management experience of about 5 people (experience in project management is also acceptable)

Welcome skills and experience
    Experience in marketing activities targeting both BtoB and BtoC
    Experience in marketing in the Japanese market for foreign companies.
    Experience in raising awareness and purchasing activity of company and products through advertising and marketing activities
