【必須要件】
-4年以上のソフトウェア開発またはテストの経験
-プロジェクトやソフトウェア保守でのチームリーダー経験（開発チーム/テストチーム）
-アジャイル開発での開発またはテストの経験
-認定された大学の学士号または同等の実務経験
-日本語能力レベルN2以上
-英語（レポート&会話）

【歓迎要件】
-テスト戦略と計画の開発と実行
-テスト自動化の実施経験（Playwrightまた他のツールを使用した経験）
-テストマネージメントツールやパフォーマンス/セキュリティーツールの使用経験
