ビジネスアナリスト　ー　Business Analyst

A leading global company has a challenging opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated, IT-savvy Business professional with strong knowledge of insurance workflows and experience spanning Business and Systems Analysis, Process Improvement and Re-engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze Business Processes of the company for structural changes & innovations
• Create documentation, reports, and regular status updates
• Communicate with stakeholders and transfer the information to developers and IT team
• Participate in the testing and implementation/roll out of system/product

Required Skills and Personal Traits:

• Experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst, IT Consultant, or IT Project Manager
• Sound knowledge of Agile methodology and BABOK
• Business level English and Fluent Japanese
• Experience in banking or insurance sector a plus
