- As a manager, you will be responsible for career management of the company's analysts and senior consultants, quality assurance of all projects and teams, building relationships with major clients (general manager and general manager level), creating new projects, and promoting projects.
- Specifically, he/she will develop DX promotion strategies, systemization plans, research and analysis, support RFP preparation, and formulate management rules (progress/quality/budget/documentation).
- Support for the preparation of reporting materials for executives, business analysis (visualization of business operations, problem organization, planning of measures, etc.), IT strategy concept development, system planning/conceptualization, project management support, system implementation planning, etc.

- Those who are able to identify the client's problems and issues, and promote solution proposals.
