企業・ご登録者（転職希望者）双方のサポートをする両面型コンサルタント
仕事内容：
- 企業のトップや人事担当者（Expatも含む）に経営課題を伺い、それを解決すべく、人材提案を行います。
- 併せて、ご登録者と面談し、その方のご経験・スキル・コンピテンシー・人物像などの確認も行います。

- 既存クライアントへの深耕営業
- 企業概要、求人票の作成
- 候補者の推薦 など
[ご登録者に対する業務]
- ご登録者との面談
- ご登録者への求人紹介
