社内向けWeb解析プラットフォームのテクニカルサポートとして、ユーザー対応やマニュアル作成を担当。
主な職務内容
- エンドユーザーの問い合わせ対応（必要に応じてエンジニアやプロダクトチームと連携）
- 新規・既存ユーザー向けに製品デモを実施
- ナレッジベースの更新・管理
- ユーザーマニュアルやFAQの作成・更新
- 製品のパフォーマンスをクライアント要件と比較し、最適化を提案

- Google AnalyticsやAdobe Analyticsを使用したWeb分析経験

- Adobe AnalyticsやGoogle AnalyticsでのWebサイト/アプリ分析経験
- SQLを用いたログ分析経験
- Webサイト/アプリへのアナリティクスタグやSDKの実装経験
