We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor with expertise in wire harness products for electronic applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the electronics manufacturing industry. This role involves overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team to maintain high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage quality control activities for wire harness products used in electronic applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company specifications.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of wire harness products to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, inspections, and audits.

• Lead and mentor a team of quality control technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.

• Address and resolve quality-related issues, collaborating with other departments to implement solutions.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and industry-specific requirements.

• Generate and present regular reports on quality metrics and improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in wire harness products for electronic applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of quality control principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in quality control processes.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
