Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies, standard operating and planning
- Setting business goals for the profitable growth and company performance
- Explore and tap business collaborations with local and international clients
- Oversee daily company operation and financial control
- Full accountability to the board for all company operations
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or related.
- At least 12 years' experience in Collections with Financial institute or third-party collection companies
- 5+ years' experience in management level or supervisory level.
- 3+years' experience in a leading a Profit& Loss
- Experience to dealing with regulatory reporting
