We are now looking for Sales Manager who can lead and manage sales team for our client in leasing company.
Job Responsibilities:Lead and support the sales team in achieving targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitor industry trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Track and report on sales performance, highlighting potential issues or changes that may impact targets.
Foster teamwork and encourage team members to meet both individual and group goals.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to explore and secure new sales opportunities.
Oversee and approve sales-related documents submitted by team members.
Demonstrate logical thinking and a professional approach.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
At least 10+ years in sales across any industry especially in leasing business is a plus.
Sales bidding experience is required.
English proficiency at a business level is essential.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet sales KPIs.
Passionate about sales, highly motivated to achieve targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Working days : Mon-Fri (08:30-17:30 hrs.)
