Job Responsibilities:

Shop Sales (50%)

• Introduce berrymobile services to Japanese customers.

• Advertising sales for the Yearly Free Magazine.

• Promote Si Racha through blogs and social media.

• Shoot and edit videos for our YouTube channel.

• Provide in-store or remote technical support with back office staff.

• Offer customer support via email and phone.

Marketing (50%)

• Manage web and social media operations, including understanding effective content strategies and creating written materials.

• Analyze the Thai market and develop strategic plans.

• Select appropriate advertising platforms and manage ad placements.

• Plan and execute events, including selecting relevant events for participation.

• Prepare for new product launches by creating necessary materials and translating Japanese documents into English or Thai.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a retail environment.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Thai is a plus).

• Ability to shoot and edit videos.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic plans.

• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
