COMPANY OVERVIEW
An well-known global property and land development company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager based at Tanjung Malim, Perak for their large-scaled infrastructure and mixed development township project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to lead the project planning, coordination, and execution of on-site construction activities till completion
Review and validate site construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Provide expertise and advisory of engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory frameworks on site
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution of on-site construction activities
Resolve technical and operational issues that arise during project execution.
Responsible to ensure the compliance with approved plans, specifications and adherence to HSE standards.
Optimizing project timelines and enhancing productivity through excellent project resource management
Build a good relationship with all key stakeholders especially the project Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and important Government agencies
Monitor project expenditures, manage financial plans, and implement corrective measures to avoid budget overruns.
Proactively identify potential risks or delays in the project and apply suitable strategies to mitigate them.
Manage contract administration and procurement processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / M&E Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of work experience being involved in large scale infrastructure or mixed development civil projects
Familiar with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and other industry-relevant tools.
