業務内容:-
銀行連携、財務契約、コンプライアンス、外貨ヘッジの管理、及び資金調達ソリューションを最適化する。
資金調達を手配し、財務プロセスを強化し、事業拡大および投資計画をサポートする
キャッシュフロー、流動性、運転資本管理を監督し、財務差異を監視し、企業保険を管理します。
税務監査、移転価格、源泉徴収税、インセンティブ申請を処理し、規制遵守を確保します。
銀行契約の交渉、請求書による資金調達の監督、契約の修正を行います。
応募要件:
コーポレートファイナンス、財務、または銀行でのご経験。
監査またはコンサルティング会社での経験があればさらに有利。
FX ヘッジ、銀行契約、および資金調達構造に関する深い理解
ERP 実装および財務プロセス最適化の経験
