• エンジニアリングとITシステムに関する知識があること。
• PLMシステムの機能要件を理解していること。日本語能力（N2/N1）を有し、テストスクリプトを作成できる方。
• 機械翻訳されたスクリプトを理解し、PLM用語を理解できる方。
• クライアントおよびプロジェクトの仕様において、不具合を最小限に抑えることを目的として、詳細な要件を理解し、テストケースを設計し、テストデータを用意し、テストケースを実行します。
• 技術的な会話を日本語から英語、英語から日本語に通訳します。
• 必要に応じて、クライアントの所在地（日本国内）への出張に柔軟に対応します。
• 必要に応じて、オフショアチーム、ビジネス、顧客と連携します。
• 不具合管理プロセス（Jira）の経験があれば尚可。
• クライアントおよびプロジェクトの仕様において、不具合を最小限に抑えることを目的として、詳細な要件を理解し、テストケースを設計し、テストデータを用意し、テストケースを実行します。

語学力：ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N2）、ビジネスレベルの英語

• The person shall understand Engineering & IT systems.
• Understand the Functional Requirements of PLM System.
• Shall have good Japanese knowledge (N2/N1) & capable of authoring the Test scripts
• Shall be able to understand Machine Translated scripts and superfine in PLM terminology
• Understand detailed requirements, design test cases, prepare test data and execute the test cases with the objective of ensuring least defects within the client and project specifications.
• Interpret technical conversations from Japanese to English and English to Japanese
• Should be flexible for travel to client location (within Japan) as required
• Collaborate with offshore team, Business and customer based on the need
• Good to have experience in Defect Management process (Jira)
• Understand detailed requirements, design test cases, prepare test data and execute the test cases with the objective of ensuring least defects within the client and project specifications.
