プロジェクトコーディネーション：

• Salesforce Data CloudおよびMarketing CLoudの実装におけるプロジェクト管理全般のアシスト
• タスク、マイルストーン、リソース割り当てを含む詳細なプロジェクト計画の作成と実行のサポート。
• プロジェクト目標、期限、スコープが一貫して達成されるよう、部門横断チームと協力する。
• プロジェクトのステータス・デッキやレポートを定期的に更新し、重要な進展についてステークホルダーに確実に情報を提供する。
• 議題の作成、議事録の文書化、アクションアイテムのフォローアップなど、会議の準備をサポートする。
• 両言語でのワークショップやトレーニングセッションの進行を支援し（必要な場合）、すべてのチームメンバーと利害関係者がプロジェクトの主要要素を理解できるようにする

データベースの管理と調整：

• データベースの実装、最適化、トラブルシューティングを調整する。
• 技術関連の成果物がプロジェクトのタイムラインとビジネス要件を満たしていることを確認する
• データベースインフラとSFアーキテクチャをよく理解し、これらのシステム間の統合を管理する。

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the overall project management for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing CLoud implementations
• Prepare and support the execution of detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals, deadlines, and scope are consistently met.
• Regularly update project status decks and reports, ensuring that stakeholders are informed about key developments.
• Support meeting preparations, including creating agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and training sessions in both languages (if required), ensuring all team members and stakeholders understand the key project elements

Database Management and Coordination:

• Coordinate database implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Ensure that Tech-related deliverables meet project timelines and business requirements
• Have good understanding of Database infrastructure and SF architecture to manage integration between these systems.

応募資格

• 言語 - ビジネス日本語; 英語
• 最低5-6年のPMOまたはプロジェクトコーディネーションの職務経験。
• 少なくとも2-3件のSalesforce導入（Marketing CloudおよびData Cloud）の成功経験。
• データベースアーキテクチャや管理評価・プロセスに関する知識を含む、データベース関連プロジェクトでの実績のある経験。
• Salesforceの開発または管理経験があれば尚可。
• アジャイルまたはスクラム手法の知識があれば尚可。
• 日本のビジネス文化に精通し、日本を拠点とするオフィス環境での勤務経験があること。

日本語： ビジネス日本語レベル(JLPT N2)、ビジネス英語レベル

• Language – Business Japanese; English
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
• At least 2-3 successful Salesforce implementations (Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud).
• Proven experience working on database-related projects, including knowledge of database architecture and management evaluation & process.
• Experience in Salesforce development or administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and working in a Japan-based office environment.
