- 担当領域（オンコロジー）における医師・KOL（Key Opinion Leader）との医学的な情報交換
- 医科学的な知見に基づいた情報提供および意見収集
- 臨床試験に関するサポート（施設選定・実施医師とのコミュニケーション等）
- 社内関連部門（マーケティング・薬事・臨床開発等）との連携
- 学会・研究会での情報収集・参加報告
