• 社内チームと連携し、KOL戦略の企画・実行・管理を担う
• メディカルアフェアーズや主要な学術機関と協業し、エビデンス構築やガイドラインの更新支援を行う
• 各エリアにおけるKOL戦略の中心的な役割を担い、メッセージ統一や教育活動の推進を担当
• クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、共通の目標達成を図る

A leading medical device company is seeking a KOL Strategy Manager to design and implement strategies with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that drive innovation in patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with medical affairs, academic partners, and healthcare professionals to advance treatment guidelines and support educational initiatives in cardiology and beyond.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, manage, and execute KOL strategies across Japan.

• Partner with Medical Affairs and leading academic institutions to co-develop evidence and contribute to clinical guideline updates.

• Act as the central point for KOL and region-specific strategy, coordinating unified messaging and medical education initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Engage cross-functional teams to align objectives and track measurable impact.

• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and thought leadership.

応募資格・スキル

• 医療機器または製薬業界における5〜7年の実務経験
• 関係者との協働を通じて戦略を立案・推進した実績
• 循環器領域での営業経験があれば尚可

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.

• Sales experience in cardiology (preferred but not required).

Technical and Strategic Skills:

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Skilled in managing multiple projects and adapting to dynamic environments.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive outcomes.

• High integrity and ability to embody the company's core values.

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business-level

• Experience working in global or regional matrix organizations.
