A leading medical device company is seeking a KOL Strategy Manager to design and implement strategies with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that drive innovation in patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with medical affairs, academic partners, and healthcare professionals to advance treatment guidelines and support educational initiatives in cardiology and beyond.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, manage, and execute KOL strategies across Japan.
Partner with Medical Affairs and leading academic institutions to co-develop evidence and contribute to clinical guideline updates.
Act as the central point for KOL and region-specific strategy, coordinating unified messaging and medical education initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Engage cross-functional teams to align objectives and track measurable impact.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and thought leadership.

Experience:
5-7 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
Sales experience in cardiology (preferred but not required).

Skilled in managing multiple projects and adapting to dynamic environments.
