・年間および四半期ごとのコマーシャルプランの立案およびディーラーネットワークへの伝達
・ディーラー・パフォーマンス・ボーナスにおけるＫＰＩ査定回収および、ボーナス額の計算とフォアキャスト
・本社やディーラーネットワークが関わるロジスティクスの調整・管理
・ 月毎の生産枠、制限オプションの分配および生産計画の管理
