Join a global leader in vision care as a Professional Affairs & Education Manager. In this impactful role, you'll support educational initiatives, manage key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, and guide internal product training for sales teams. You will also play a central role in shaping clinical claims through field studies and partnerships with ophthalmologists-helping to advance the future of eye health in Japan.
Support the Marketing team in developing sales materials and educational programs involving KOLs.
Manage KOL lectures, seminars, and speaker development projects.
Lead professional events and engagements at major industry meetings.
Collaborate on clinical studies with ophthalmologists to create new product claims.
Execute Field Observation Studies for key vision care products.
Oversee donations and sponsorships to relevant professional organizations.
Deliver product and technical training to new hires and the Vision Care sales team.

応募資格・スキル
Experience:
University degree and 5+ years in ophthalmology (contact lens industry preferred), specifically in a professional affairs role.
Proven track record in KOL management and internal product training for sales teams.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of contact lens technology and eye health.
Ability to lead clinical discussions and training with authority.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and high professional ethics.
Passion for vision care and commitment to advancing eye health.
Japanese: Native fluency required.
English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency (spoken and written).
Direct experience in ophthalmology-related education or product development.
Demonstrated ability to lead clinical collaborations and develop scientific claims.
