• プロジェクトチームを率いて、SAP S/4HANAのセキュリティ・統制設計を導入（社内ツールの活用）
• SAP導入プロジェクトにおけるセキュリティ設計、ロール設計、アクセス制御、リスクベース認証などに関するアドバイザリー
• 業務プロセスやカスタマイズ内容のリスク分析、改善提案
• 自社アナリティクスツールの活用を通じた、データ異常検知や内部統制の最適化
• SAPアクセス権限の評価とリスク低減策の立案
• SAP導入時の内部統制評価・最適化の支援

A leading professional services firm is seeking an SAP Security Consultant to lead SAP implementation projects with a focus on security, compliance, and internal control. You will play a key role in evaluating system risks, designing secure architectures, and optimizing access rights for enterprise applications. • Lead project teams to implement SAP S/4HANA security and control solutions using in-house tools
• Provide expert advisory on SAP role design, access control, and risk mitigation
• Analyze business processes and system customizations to identify security risks
• Optimize internal controls and detect anomalies using advanced analytics platforms
• Assess system access configurations and propose risk management improvements
• Support internal control evaluations during SAP implementations
• Collaborate with teams to support financial system transformation

必須条件

経験・資格：

• ITシステム実装プロジェクトをリードした経験
• ERPや業務システム（会計、購買、販売など）を扱った経験

ITスキル：

• SAPセキュリティ、アクセス権管理、内部統制に関する知識
• SAP S/4HANAの導入またはロール設定経験

ソフトスキル：

• 論理的思考力・問題解決能力
• 部門横断的なチームと協業するスキル
• コミュニケーション能力（日英））

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• コンサルティング会社やSIerでのSAP導入プロジェクト経験
• SAP監査経験（監査法人、企業の内部監査部門どちらでも）
• IT監査、セキュリティアドバイザリー、GRC関連業務の経験

Experience:

• 5+ years of IT system implementation experience, preferably in ERP environments
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications (e.g., accounting, procurement, sales)

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP security, access rights, and internal control frameworks
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or role configuration tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams
• Effective communication in both Japanese and English

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• SAP implementation experience in consulting firms or system integrators
• Experience conducting SAP audits or working in internal audit departments
• IT audit, security consulting, or risk advisory experience is a plus
