• プロダクトビジョン・ロードマップの策定（優先すべき機能の見極めも）
• ビジネス部門と技術チームの橋渡し役として要件整理・調整を担当
• プロダクト要件の収集・分析・仕様策定を行い、スムーズな開発進行を支援
• システムの信頼性、パフォーマンス、リリース後の改善管理
• ビジネス戦略と技術的実装の整合性を確保し、円滑なプロジェクト進行を推進すること

• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization to enhance platform performance.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Gather and synthesize product requirements for seamless execution and delivery.
• Oversee system reliability, performance, and post-launch improvements.
• Drive alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• プログラミングの基本概念（Java, Python, React など）がわかること
• アジャイル開発の経験・素養
• SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）の知識

ソフトスキル：

• 技術面に関するコミュニケーション能力（他部署との連携ため）
• 戦略的思考力、問題解決力

語学力：

• 日本語：会話レベル
• 英語：上級ビジネス〜流暢（重視）

• 修士号（MS/MBA）歓迎
• プログラミング経験者も歓迎
• プロジェクト管理・リリース管理の経験
• B2Cプロダクト開発やロイヤルティサービスに関する経験

• Strong understanding of programming concepts (Java, Python, React, etc.).
