Description
- Maintain and manage ERP, BI, and IT applications with local vendors or global IT
- Lead digital transformation projects for O2O, OMO, and D2C
- Coordinate stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and implementation plans
- Provide user training (stores and office staff) on systems and troubleshooting
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
- Handle change requests and system enhancements
- Ensure timely project delivery and risk mitigation
- EC・CRM・DXプロジェクトの企画・推進

- 社内各部署・外部パートナーとの調整・交渉
