- As an experienced Director in Japan’s Insights & Data SAP team, design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP Datasphere capabilities. Collaborate with clients to develop data analytics strategies and solutions.
- Manage multicultural, multilingual, and multi-geo project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Datasphere projects.
- Manage large-scale ERP transformation and data estate modernization projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.

3-10 years of experience in SAP Datasphere and/or data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and data modeling.
- Experience in large ERP transformation or data estate modernization projects.
- Familiarity with working with or alongside Hitachi, Fujitsu, or other similar Japanese SI vendors on large-scale ERP deployment projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with native-level proficiency in one and fluent-level proficiency in the other. Japanese natives with conversational English welcome.

日本語および英語のバイリンガルスキル:いずれか一方がネイティブレベルで、もう一方がビジネスレベル以上であること(日本語ネイティブで英語が会話レベルの方も歓迎)
