SAP Datasphere Analyst

- Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Datasphere solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support client workshops to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP Datasphere capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop data analytics strategies and solutions.
- Work with multicultural, multilingual, and multi-geo project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Datasphere projects.
- Contribute to large-scale ERP transformation and data estate modernization projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.

• 新たなビジネス機会の特定やクライアント関係の拡大など、ビジネス開発活動にも参画

- At least 2-5 years of experience in SAP and/or data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and data modeling.
- Experience in large ERP transformation or data estate modernization projects.
- Familiarity with working with or alongside Hitachi, Fujitsu, or other similar Japanese SI vendors on large-scale ERP deployment projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with native-level proficiency in one and fluent-level proficiency in the other. Japanese natives with conversational English welcome.

• SAP Datasphere およびデータモデリングに関する高い知識・スキルを有する方

• 大規模なERP変革プロジェクトや、データ基盤のモダナイゼーション案件への参画経験

• 日立製作所、富士通など、国内大手SIベンダーと連携しての大規模ERP導入経験がある方、またはそれに準ずる経験をお持ちの方

• 複数のプロジェクト・チームを効果的にマネジメントできる能力

• 優れたコミュニケーション力および分析力

• 日本語と英語のバイリンガル：いずれか一方がネイティブレベルで、もう一方がビジネスレベル以上であること（日本語ネイティブで英語が会話レベルの方も歓迎）
