Technical Sales - Chemical (Tsukuba - Up to 8.2M)

This position is responsible for generating sales leads, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and engaging with customers to meet their needs. The role involves frequent domestic and occasional international travel to present products and manage sales opportunities in various industries such as cement, steel, and chemicals.

Description

• Generate sales leads and opportunities, managing the sales pipeline.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Engage with customers from initial contact to product presentation.
• Participate in sales and marketing events, including industry expos and internal meetings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, explaining product fit and benefits.
• Manage opportunities in CRM and create monthly sales reports.

Job Offer

• An estimated annual salary of 5,400,000 - 8,200,000 JPY, including bonus.
• A generous holiday allowance of 15 days per year.

A successful Technical Sales professional should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a chemical related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Sales professional, preferably in the Industrial / Chemical sector.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese to communicate effectively with both local and international clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of products and the ability to conduct demonstrations.
