本ポジションでは、アルゴリズム設計・検証をリードし、新製品の開発・市場投入に貢献します。国際的なR&Dチームと協力しながら、品質とパフォーマンス向上を目指す重要な役割です。

主な業務内容

• 担当プロジェクトのアルゴリズム開発の進捗管理、お客様への報告
• アルゴリズムの仕様書や検証結果報告書の作成、お客様への説明
• 海外開発チームの進捗管理およびプロジェクト調整
• アルゴリズム検証および実現可能性評価のリード
• システム性能向上支援（実車測定・データ分析など）
• システム設計・検証チームと連携し、全体の品質向上に貢献すること

Join a leading mobility technology company as a Senior Algorithm Engineer, where you will develop and validate algorithms for in-vehicle sensors used in autonomous driving and ADAS technologies. This role offers the opportunity to lead algorithm development, contribute to new product launches, and collaborate with global R&D teams to enhance system quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage algorithm development progress within projects and report to customers.
• Prepare documentation and present algorithm details and validation results to customers.
• Oversee progress of overseas development teams and ensure project alignment.
• Lead algorithm validation and feasibility assessment for real-world applications.
• Support real-vehicle measurements and data analysis to enhance system performance.
• Assist system design and validation teams to improve overall product quality.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• Matlab、Python、C言語のプログラミング経験
• 自動車電子部品の開発経験
• 顧客対応経験
• 数学の素養（三角関数・対数関数など）

ソフトスキル：

• 多様なメンバーが活躍するチームをまとめるリーダーシップ

語学力：

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

歓迎スキル・経験

• 関連分野の修士号、博士号

• Experience in automotive electronic component development.
• Strong foundation in Matlab, Python, or C programming.
• Expertise in mathematical modeling, including trigonometric and logarithmic functions.
