■業務内容：
車載空調製品における品質管理のポジションとなります。OEMの新車立ち上げに向けた製品品質の向上、不具合防止のため新車PJに参加いただく業務となります。
1名は欠員ポジション、1名は定年予定社員のポジション引継ぎとなります。
品質業務の経験があればベテランに限らず、20～30代の若手人材も歓迎します。ただし英語対応できる人材の採用を優先させていただきます。
待遇
理論年収：680万～750万（諸手当別）
月額基本給：40万～44万
理論賞与：5カ月（夏・冬）
勤務形態：フレックス
固定残業支給：なし
※管理職補佐職として採用のため、時間管理対象外となり残業代の支給なし

- 品質業務の経験（３年以上）
- サプライヤとして顧客対応の経験（１年以上）
- IATF16949の理解（監査実施経験があると尚良い）
- 機械工学・電気電子・制御工学のいづれか専門知識（専門校、大卒レベル）
- 英語での会話能力（社内利用レベル）
■歓迎条件：
- 空調製品（エアコン,コンプレッサー、モータ、ACTR等）知識
- 自動車またはその部品の開発経験またはプロセス知識
