In this role, you'll work closely with the Financial Controller and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis, aligned with internal policies and corporate guidelines.
Ensure a strong culture of Health & Safety in all financial processes.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of internal reporting packages, with detailed performance analysis.
Deliver accurate, consistent financial reports to the Group and Regional hubs.
Collaborate on the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Perform detailed cost analysis, monitor variances, and propose actionable recommendations.
Calculate Sales and Gross Margins for both POC and non-POC projects.
Contribute to ad hoc business projects from the Controlling department.
Partner with the Accounting team for analytical tasks and insights.
Provide support to Regional Project Controlling by supplying timely actual results.
Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
Monitor and report project cash flows monthly.
Improve the accuracy of SAP data and enhance master data quality for better reporting.

2+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance Controlling.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Business Administration.
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations within a multinational context.
Exposure to cost calculation and analysis is a strong plus.
Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
