一般貨物、展示会輸送、航空機エンジンまで幅広い貨物を扱う国際物流企業様にて、海上または航空の輸出入カスタマーサービスおよびオペレーショ ンをお任せします。ご経験に合わせて、輸出・輸入どちらかをご担当いただきます。
【具体的な仕事内容】
■輸出入手配業務全般
■海外現地エージェントとのメール、電話での打合せおよび交渉
■貿易書類作成、通関手配
■納期調整、配送手配
■顧客からの問合せ対応
■請求書、見積書作成
※社長様が海外で開催するカンファレンスや展示会を通じて取引を獲得する動きを取っているため、将来的には社長様に同行し海外に出張する機会もございます。（多くて年2～3回程度。期間は1回あたり1週間程度）
