・AIプロダクトのプロフェッショナルサービス事業戦略の策定と推進

・サービス提供モデル・提供価値の設計

・PLマネジメント、収益モデル設計

・Go-to-Market戦略の策定と実行

・プロフェッショナルサービス組織の立ち上げとマネジメント

・顧客フィードバックの収集とプロダクト開発への連携

・エンタープライズ企業への提案活動・アライアンス推進
