Description
Manage national sales operations including 1st line sales managers and approximately 50 MRs
Oversee field strategy, team performance, and sales execution for the CNS portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and regional/global teams
Lead initiatives for upcoming product launches and contribute to long-term brand strategy
