Qualifications

• Domain Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry (ADAS, IVI, automotive lighting)
• Practical experience in the automotive field (cockpit, IVI, ADAS, BCM, powertrain systems, etc.)
• System of interest, system definition, system design based on first principles approach, detailed system analysis, understanding of safety concepts.
• Experience in gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into functional, non-functional and interface requirements using system black box boundaries, behavior diagrams, state machine diagrams etc.
• Experience in decomposing stakeholder requirements into system level requirements using Functional Decomposition Diagram, Functional Monitoring Scope Diagram, Activity & Sequence Diagram, System Element Structure Diagram, System Element Architecture Diagram etc.
• Experience in creating comprehensive system architectures that consider the interactions and communication between various hardware and software components and define their seamless integration into the overall vehicle architecture to meet system requirements.
• Experience in preparing detailed system documentation such as requirement documents, design specifications, test reports and technical presentations.
• Good understanding of requirements traceability and mapping of system architecture elements with defined verification criteria.
• Experience with systems engineering toolchain (IBM DOORs NG, EWM, Rhapsody, Polarion, JIRA, EA, System Composer etc.) is a plus.

Japanese: Fluent Japanese level (N1), business level English required
