職務内容
・全社レベルや組織横断のマネジメントを行うEPMOや、大規模/複合的プロジェクトのマネジメントを行うPgMO等の様々な案件を手がけ、経営レベルやプロジェクトを超えた部門組織レベルの課題解決を支援していく。
・経営レベルの視点に立ち、マネジメント層(役員レベル）に対し組織レベルの問題点を指摘し、改善の方向性を示す。
・問題の本質を突き、マネジメント層（上場企業の部門長・事業部長クラス）に対して根本的な課題やあるべき姿を提言し、解決策の検討・実行をリードする。
