職務内容
・クライアント組織/業務/プロジェクト内の意思決定者に対して、マネジメントの重要性を認識する働きかけを 行う。
・プロジェクト全体に関わる問題点を整理、分析し、解決すべき原因を見つけ出し、現場レベルの問題点の説明や解決へ働きかけを行う。
・PMやPMOチーム（ユーザー、ベンダー側のPMO 等）を取りまとめ、クライアントの組織/業務/プロジェクト全体をリードする。
